ALPINE HOTEL PERREN, Zermatt

Alpine Hotel Perren features over 70 rooms, including single, double, and triple options in Deluxe, Comfort, and Basic categories, plus Matterhorn Suites and Castor & Pollux holiday flats ranging from 18m² to 110m². Many rooms offer views of the alpine mountains. Deluxe double rooms measure 29m² and include a sitting area with an extendable couch. Matterhorn Suites feature a 52m² space with a south-facing balcony and Matterhorn view, accommodating up to two children on an extendable couch. Basic double rooms are 19m² with north-facing views of the Mischabel Group. The 110m² Castor and Pollux holiday flats include two double rooms, one single room, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining area, and a kitchen, with the option for daily cleaning.

The Alpine Brasserie La Barrique, influenced by French cuisine, features alpine and local products such as cheese, meat, and fish. It offers a wine list featuring selections from Valais and neighboring countries. Guests can enjoy wines and cocktails at the Q-Stall-Bar. The hotel provides fondue in gondolas of the Zermatt mountain railroads. Information about restaurant visits is saved for 14 days on a Zurich server. The hotel can accommodate group events of up to 80 people at La Montanara.

Alpine Hotel Perren's wellness area includes three saunas and a relaxation room. The saunas include a Finnish sauna (85 degrees, dry heat), an aroma grotto (60 degrees, humid heat), and a stone bath (46 degrees, medium-humid heat). Massages are available, including classic, hot stone, sports, aromatherapy, Lomi Lomi, deep tissue, acupressure, and trigger point massages. A maximum of 4 people are allowed in the wellness area at one time. Guests have access to fitness rooms from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Alpine Hotel Perren is a 10-minute walk from Zermatt train station and two minutes from the Sunnegga-Rothorn valley station. The hotel is 85 km from Sion. It is near Hinterdorfstrasse (0.3 km), Bergfuhrerdenkmal (0.3 km), and Photopoint Kirchbrucke bridge (0.5 km). Zermatt is car-free; guests arriving by car must park in Täsch, 5 km away, and take a 12-minute train ride to Zermatt.

The Alpine Hotel Perren offers electric vehicle pickup from the train station. The hotel provides selected dry and wet food from BIG PET, biodegradable dog bags, and walking routes for dogs. Green Cards are available for guests to save electricity and detergent by foregoing daily linen changes. Room service is provided every fourth day for longer stays. The hotel offers seminar and event spaces, including the Alpustuba room for up to 25 people and a wine cellar for smaller groups. Lost property is forwarded at the guest's request, with the guest bearing postage costs.
